	The Yacht The unlimited use of Arc Angel, a superb Frers design 36ft SWAN cruising/racing yacht.
She is equipped with all necessary safety & navigation aids to ensure both safe & exhilarating sailing.
	The yacht has 6 berths, there are double guest cabins fore & aft, and a comfortable saloon with two further berths.A fully equipped galley & heads as well as dingy & outboard.
Arc Angel is owned by her Skipper - Elizabeth Jordan - who sailed her from England in 1999 & now enjoys sharing her Caribbean explorations with guests who are looking for more fun & less formality. Elizabeth holds a commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore licence

	The Villa A privately owned villa in a superb location with magnificent views over Falmouth Harbour and having unique options for sailing, scuba-diving & fishing trips on our own yacht and sportsboat.
Private pool; large sundeck with 7 seater hot-tub, gazebo, bar and gardens. Spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on covered patio overlooking pool & view
	The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck & view.

N.B. SHOULD YOU PREFER TO RESERVE 'ARC ANGEL' BY THE DAY THE FEE WILL BE US $400 PER DAY. IN THAT CASE THE STANDARD VILLA RENTAL CHARGES WILL APPLY AND THE CAR WILL NOT BE INCLUDED
